Boulter Consulting provides an urban and transport planning service. Roger Boulter:
- is based at Carterton’s iconic oldest cottage (opposite Brooklyn Road),
- has an urban and regional planning degree,
- is a full member of the New Zealand Planning Institute and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport,
- has over 30 years’ professional experience.
