 Sometimes in life you don’t know where to turn but it only takes a person to point you in a certain direction to set you on the right course. When Anna Cardno from the Cancer Society suggested I meet with Maree, a life coach at LYF4U, I was apprehensive, doubtful and hesitant as I had no prior experience of this type of help. Though after my first meeting with Maree I could already see the value in what she had to offer.  It got me to focus on my own health, wealth and the future wellbeing of my family instead of being stuck in a circle of just trying to get through another day. 
Maree and I started to look into the future and what I would like to achieve. I found that by setting goals and putting things into perspective, life was something I could look forward to again.
A lot of the things that I thought were not possible have now become clear and achievable.
